● Resist impact and vibration and extend the overall life of casters

● Deformation problems: Overloading or frequent impacts may cause the bracket to bend. Thickening steel plates or forging brackets should be chosen to improve strength.& nbsp; 

● Risk of fracture: Poor-quality materials or welding defects may easily lead to cracking of the stent. It is recommended to use an integrated molded or heat-treated stent.& nbsp; 

● Corrosion problems: Moisture or chemical environments will accelerate the corrosion of brackets, so stainless steel or galvanized brackets are ideal.& nbsp;

1. Selection according to load: Light equipment can use ordinary carbon steel bolts and stamped brackets, heavy equipment requires high-strength bolts and forged brackets.& nbsp;
